Accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period (as specified in the current fee schedule available in your account settings) may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply in accordance with applicable regulations and the Operator's policy in effect at that time.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR at the prevailing display rate. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, available payment methods and processing times are detailed in the live cashier and may be updated without prior notice. You confirm that all deposited funds are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual familiarity only. gpg32 makes no claim of partnership, affiliation or endorsement by any of these providers. Actual availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, request additional documentation and conduct fraud checks prior to releasing funds. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
Account balances are displayed in PKR. Where a payment provider settles in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Operator or the payment processor at the time of the transaction. gpg32 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each selection, stake amount and market before confirming a wager. The Operator will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error except where expressly permitted by specific market rules.
Sports markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL organisers, FIFA and the relevant football association, UFC/MMA sanctioning bodies, and others as applicable. In the event of ambiguity or discrepancy, the Operator's decision on settlement is final.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, on an event subsequently found to be subject to manipulation, or where a technical fault has materially affected the integrity of the market. Stake amounts for voided bets are returned to the Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day as specified in the individual sport or game rules available within the Platform. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the applicable maximum without further liability to the Operator.
All casino games, including slots, table games and instant-win formats, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by third-party software studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective studios where available and are theoretical long-term averages — individual session outcomes may vary significantly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gpg32.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gpg32 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gpg32 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform provides a range of tools to help users maintain control, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. gpg32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:
Upon termination for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold and forfeit balances where funds are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraud, bonus abuse or other policy violation. Where termination is not for cause, real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned via the original deposit method following KYC completion.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that if you are experiencing gambling-related difficulties, self-exclusion — rather than simple account closure — is strongly recommended, as it includes additional re-registration restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling license. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the effective date of the change.
